A Pack of 5 Red screen filters. They turn the bright white light from your screen to a dimmer red light. Which is harder for the animal to see and easier on your eyes. They are cut to fit, so you can either simply press it into your screen holder or pull the back side of the filter off to expose the adhesive. Then apply to your screen.
